 <title>Coaching Executivo: Quão importante?</title>

O acerto levou apenas 5 minutos. E já tivemos a primeira sessão.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Como sempre estivemos em contato via redes sociais, foi fácil para ele me localizar apesar de estarmos sem falar há quase 3 anos! Resolvi, então, olhar o status de todos os meus ex-clientes de coaching executivo nas redes sociais para saber como eles andavam. Graças a DEUS, estão todos bem.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O curioso é que todos eles me procuraram para iniciar o programa dizendo mais ou menos a mesma coisa:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&quot;Não estou satisfeito com minha empresa e quero mudar de cidade&quot;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&quot;Tenho um bom emprego mas quero montar meu próprio negócio&quot;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&quot;Preciso aprender sobre redes sociais para usar na minha carreira&quot;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&quot;Tenho uma idéia de negócio e quero implementá-la&quot;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Bem, os clientes tiveram suas razões justificadas para interromper o programa.  Entretanto, todos eles ainda estão no mesmo cenário A que os motivou a iniciar o programa de coaching. Trabalham nas mesmas empresas e nenhum deles fez qualquer mudança que era o objeto do nosso trabalho. Estamos falando de profissionais reconhecidamente competentes em suas respectivas atribuições. São todos vencedores e bem-sucedidos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Então, pensei na importância de se contar com os serviços de um coach executivo experience que o oriente nas etapas que devem ser percorridas como preparação para um up-grading na carreira e nos negócios.
